This device is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver for N-channel MOSFET and IGBT switching stages. It operates with a floating channel for bootstrap use and supports offset operation up to 600 V. The driver includes over-current sensing with shutdown and an open-drain FAULT output, along with undervoltage lockout protection. Logic inputs are compatible with 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V control levels. The IR2127 variant provides an in-phase output and is offered in an 8-lead SOIC package for the S-suffix orderable versions.
Infineon IR2127SPBF, IR2127STRPBF technical specifications.
