
This device is a 600 V half-bridge gate driver IC for driving IGBTs and MOSFETs in bootstrap high-side and low-side configurations. It provides two channels, operates from a 10 V to 20 V gate-drive supply, and uses functional junction-isolated level-shift technology. The driver has 220 ns turn-on and turn-off propagation delay, undervoltage lockout on both VBS and VCC, and internal 100 ns dead time for cross-conduction prevention. It accepts 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V input logic, tolerates negative transient voltage, and is specified in the SOIC 8N package.
