It provides floating PWM input, programmable over-current protection with self-reset, programmable preset dead-time, and 3.3 V and 5 V logic-compatible input control. The driver is rated for ±100 V operation, supports applications up to 500 W, and operates at switching frequencies up to 800 kHz.
