This 600 V half-bridge gate driver IC is intended to drive MOSFETs and IGBTs from a 10 V to 20 V gate-drive supply. The device provides typical 1.9 A source and 2.3 A sink output current, matched propagation delays, and undervoltage lockout on both VBS and VCC. It supports 3.3 V and 5 V input logic, uses a floating channel for bootstrap operation, and is specified as tolerant to negative transient voltage with dV/dt immunity.
