This device is a single-channel Class-D audio amplifier IC with a 400 V high-voltage gate driver stage. It accepts analog differential or single-ended input signals and integrates programmable overcurrent protection, programmable dead-time generation, undervoltage protection, click-noise reduction, and an external thermal sensor input. The driver provides 500 mA source current and 600 mA sink current and operates with a 10 V to 15 V VCC range. It is supplied in a 20-lead SOIC Infineon PG-DSO-20 package for tape-and-reel assembly and is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
