This dual low-side gate driver IC is designed to drive power MOSFETs and IGBTs from a 6 V to 20 V gate-drive supply. It provides two independent in-phase outputs with typical 2.3 A source current, 3.3 A sink current, and matched 50 ns propagation delay. The device accepts CMOS Schmitt-triggered inputs and is compatible with 3.3 V and 5 V logic. It is offered in an 8-pin through-hole DIP package, operates from -40 °C to 125 °C ambient temperature, and is marked not for new design.
