This N-channel linear power MOSFET is rated for 100 V and supports up to 164 A continuous drain current at 25°C. It uses OptiMOS™ 5 technology and provides a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 3.5 mΩ at 10 V with a typical total gate charge of 70 nC. The device is housed in a low-profile SuperSO8 5x6 FL package and operates across a junction temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. Its wide safe operating area and fused-lead construction suit hot-swap, e-fuse, protection, and battery management applications.
