This analog absolute pressure sensor is designed for barometric air pressure measurement using a capacitive sensing element with integrated BiCMOS signal conditioning. It converts a calibrated 60 kPa to 165 kPa pressure range into a ratiometric analog output of 0.2 V to 4.8 V at a 5 V supply. The device operates from 4.5 V to 5.5 V over a temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C and provides overall pressure accuracy of ±1.0 kPa from 0 °C to 85 °C. It includes broken-wire detection, EEPROM-stored calibration data, and an automotive-qualified green PG-DSOF-8-16 surface-mount package.
