Digital absolute barometric air pressure sensor IC for automotive ECU and MAF applications. It measures 40 to 115 kPa and reports 10-, 12-, or 14-bit pressure and temperature data over an SPI interface. The device integrates signal-path diagnostics and a dedicated power-down mode to reduce power consumption. It is supplied in an 8-pin PG-DFN package measuring 4.5 mm by 5.1 mm and is specified for ambient operation from -40 °C to 125 °C.
