
This digital absolute air pressure sensor is designed to detect pressure rise inside battery packs caused by failing cells. It monitors pressure and temperature and communicates over an SPI interface. The device supports a 60 kPa to 165 kPa pressure range, operates from a 3 V to 5.25 V supply, and is specified for a -40 °C to 125 °C temperature range. It is qualified to AEC-Q103-002 and is offered in a compact PG-DFN-8-1 surface-mount package. The ordering information indicates lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS-compliant construction.
