Audio power amplifier IC uses multilevel class D switching technology for high efficiency and low EMI operation. The device supports a 4 V to 18 V power-stage supply and 5 V analog and digital supplies. It provides 2x40 W peak output power into 4 Ω at 18 V and supports 2xBTL or 4xSE speaker configurations. I2C control, selectable gain, 0 °C to 85 °C recommended ambient operation, and integrated DC, short-circuit, over-temperature, and under-voltage protection are included. The device is supplied in a 64-pin QFN package with exposed thermal pad and lead-free soldering support.
