The multilevel Class-D audio amplifier provides 2x37 W BTL output or 1x74 W PBTL output from a 10 V to 20 V power-stage supply. It uses an I2S/TDM digital audio interface and includes volume control, a peak limiter, and an 8-bit auxiliary ADC. The device supports inductor-less output filtering, 52 mW typical idle power in low-power mode, and 52 µVrms A-weighted output noise in high-audio-performance mode. It is supplied in a PG-VQFN-40 package with tape-and-reel dry packing and is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
