This normally open photovoltaic relay provides isolated switching for AC or DC loads up to 60 V. It supports load current up to 2 A for AC and 4 A for DC with 4000 Vrms isolation and 4000 V dielectric strength. The device uses a 6-pin SMT6 package with 500 µs maximum turn-off time and 3500 µs maximum turn-on time. It is designed for high off-state resistance, linear AC/DC operation, bounce-free switching, and solid-state reliability.
