This device is a digital dual-output 3+1 multiphase controller for Intel VR12.5 and VR13 DDR memory power applications. It provides command and monitoring capability through the Intel SVID interface and also supports PMBus communication. The controller integrates a digital control loop with Active Transient Response modulation and fast DVID response for high load transients. It is qualified for industrial use, operates over a -5 °C to +85 °C ambient range, and is supplied in a 5 x 5 mm 40-pin QFN package. The orderable part is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
