This device is a fully integrated 20 A synchronous buck regulator for single-output point-of-load power conversion. It operates from 2.7 V to 16 V with an external 3.3 V bias supply, or from 4 V to 16 V using its internal bias LDO, and regulates outputs from 0.6 V to 5.5 V. FAST constant on-time control supports selectable 600 kHz, 800 kHz, or 1 MHz switching, stable operation with ceramic output capacitors, programmable soft start, adjustable current limit, and voltage tracking. Integrated protection includes power-good indication, overcurrent protection, undervoltage protection, latch-off overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown, and the device is supplied in a 3 mm x 4 mm QFN-21 package for industrial operation from -40 °C to 125 °C junction temperature. It is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
