Coreless magnetic current sensor measures AC and DC current with an analog interface and two fast over-current detection outputs. The family supports full-scale ranges up to ±120 A and uses a semi-differential standard output configuration with 1.65 V quiescent voltage. The integrated current rail has a typical 220 µΩ resistance and less than 1 nH parasitic inductance. Operation is specified from -40 °C to 125 °C at the soldering point with a 3.1 V to 3.5 V supply range. The leadless PG-TISON-8 package is RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
