It operates from a 3.1 V to 3.5 V supply and provides galvanic functional isolation up to 1150 V UIORM. The device integrates a 220 µΩ current rail, supports dual fast over-current detection outputs, and specifies typical bandwidth of 210 kHz. It is offered in a PG-TISON-8 SMD package and is qualified to AEC-Q100.
