This coreless automotive current sensor measures AC and DC currents up to 75 A with an analog output. It operates from a single 3.1 V to 3.5 V supply and integrates a 220 µΩ current rail in a compact PG-TISON-8 package. The device offers typical 210 kHz bandwidth, 2% accuracy, pre-calibration, and differential sensing for strong magnetic stray-field suppression. It provides galvanic functional isolation up to 1150 V UIORM, includes diagnosis and two fast OCD pins, and is qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 with UL 1577 and IEC 62368-1 classification.
