This automotive current sensor measures bidirectional AC and DC current up to ±120 A using a coreless Hall-based architecture and an analog output. It integrates a low-resistance internal current rail with 220 µΩ typical primary path resistance and provides galvanic functional isolation up to 1150 V peak VIORM. The device supports a 3.1 V to 3.5 V supply, typical 210 kHz bandwidth, and two fast open-drain over-current detection outputs with integrated diagnostics. It is housed in a compact PG-TISON-8-6 SMD package with optical inspection capability and is qualified to AEC-Q100.
