Automotive-qualified coreless current sensor for bidirectional AC and DC measurement up to ±120 A full scale. It uses an analog interface, operates from 3.1 V to 3.5 V, and integrates an internal current rail in a small PG-TISON-8-6 SMD package that supports optical inspection. The device provides two dedicated overcurrent detection pins with a reaction time below 1 µs, 1150 V isolation UIORM, and diagnostic functions for UV, OV, OCD1, and OCD2. Digital stress and temperature compensation supports high linearity and stable accuracy over temperature, with operation in harsh environments up to 125 °C.
