
This magnetic coreless current sensor uses Hall technology and provides analog current sensing with a ±31 mT measurement range. It operates from a 3.1 V to 3.5 V supply and is designed for high accuracy with 1.3% accuracy, low sensitivity error over temperature, and stable offset behavior over temperature and lifetime. The device includes dual fast over-current detection, undervoltage and overvoltage diagnostics, and diagnosis mode support for safety-critical designs. It is qualified to AEC-Q100, supports ISO 26262 up to ASIL B, and is housed in a compact PG-VSON-6 package for low-loss integration.
