It supports AVSBus, PMBus Rev. 1.3, AMD SVI2 Rev. 1.10, and NVIDIA PWMVID for voltage control, telemetry, and dynamic scaling across two outputs. The controller runs from a 3.3 V supply, supports 200 kHz to 2 MHz switching per phase, and is rated for -40 °C to 120 °C ambient operation. It is offered in a 56-pin 7 x 7 mm PG-VQFN-56-5 package and is specified as RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
