8-bit, 2-function bus transceiver with true output polarity. Features FCT family logic, operating from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a nominal 5V. This BIDIRECTIONAL component offers a propagation delay of 7.5ns and a load capacitance of 50pF. Designed for MILITARY temperature grade operation from -55°C to 125°C, it is housed in a 48-terminal CERPACK-48 (CDFP48) package. Screened to MIL-STD-883 Class B standards.
