
The CA3130MZ96 is a general purpose operational amplifier with a gain bandwidth product of 15MHz. It is available in a surface mount SOIC package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The amplifier has a common mode rejection ratio of 80dB and a voltage gain of 100dB. It can operate with a supply voltage as low as 2.5V and as high as 16V, and draws an operating supply current of 10mA. The amplifier is lead free and RoHS compliant.
