
Dual operational amplifier featuring a 4.5MHz bandwidth and 100dB voltage gain. This BiMOS amplifier offers MOSFET input and bipolar output, with a gain bandwidth product of 4.5MHz and a slew rate up to 9V/µs. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports dual supply voltages from 2V to 9V, with a maximum dual supply voltage of 18V and a maximum single supply voltage of 36V. The through-hole mounted PDIP package provides 90dB common mode rejection ratio and 80dB power supply rejection ratio.
