Quad-channel, high-speed video amplifier featuring a 250MHz -3dB bandwidth and 500MHz gain bandwidth product. This surface mount IC offers a 1200V/µs slew rate and 55mA output current per channel, operating from dual supplies between 1.5V and 6V, or single supply from 3V to 12V. With a 45dB common mode rejection ratio and 70dB power supply rejection ratio, it provides excellent signal integrity. The component is housed in a RoHS compliant SOIC package.
