
Octal buffer amplifier IC featuring rail-to-rail input/output operation. This CMOS device offers a -3dB bandwidth of 12MHz and a slew rate of 18V/µs. It operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 2.25V to a maximum of 8.25V, or a single supply from 4.5V to 16.5V. The buffer provides 200mA output current per channel and is housed in a QFN EP package for surface mounting.
