High-performance current feedback operational amplifier IC featuring a 200MHz -3dB bandwidth and 1700V/µs slew rate. Designed for surface mount applications in a 16-pin SOIC package, this device offers 3 channels with a maximum output current of 140mA per channel. Operating from dual supply voltages between 2.5V and 5V, or single supply from 5V to 10V, it exhibits a 50dB CMRR and 65dB PSRR. With low input bias current of 5µA and input offset voltage of 1.6mV, it operates reliably across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
