Quad-channel, rail-to-rail audio amplifier featuring a 200MHz -3dB bandwidth and 200V/µs slew rate. This CMOS integrated circuit offers a 100MHz gain bandwidth product and 90dB voltage gain. Operating from a 3V to 5.5V supply, it consumes 2mA of quiescent current and delivers 65mA output current per channel. With a 65dB CMRR and 70dB PSRR, it is available in SOIC and QSOP packages, suitable for surface mounting, and operates within a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
