The A17752-16 (Tflex HD9160) is a high-performance silicone-based thermal gap filler belonging to the Tflex HD90000 series. It features a high thermal conductivity of 7.5 W/mK and is designed to provide low thermal resistance by effectively filling air gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks. The material is engineered for high compressibility to minimize stress on components while maintaining excellent thermal contact. It is naturally tacky on both sides and requires no additional adhesive coating.
