MachXO4 is a non-volatile control FPGA built on a 65 nm low-power process with embedded flash, high I/O density, and instant-on capability. The LFMXO4-015 device provides 1,280 LUTs, 1,600 logic cells, 64 kb of embedded RAM, 10 kb of distributed RAM, 64 kb of user flash, one PLL, two I2C interfaces, one SPI interface, one timer/counter, and an on-chip oscillator. The HE variant uses a 1.2 V supply, and the UUG36 option is a 36-ball WLCSP package measuring 2.5 x 2.5 mm with 27 total I/O. The family supports 3.3 V to 1.0 V I/O standards and hot socketing.
