Operating unidirectionally, it features a 60V reverse standoff voltage, a breakdown voltage range of 67.0V to 73.4V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 97.4V. The device can sustain a 155.0A peak pulse current while maintaining a low 2µA reverse leakage current at a 5mA test current. Encased in a P600 axial lead package for through-hole mounting, it offers excellent clamping capability across a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +175°C, with a thermal resistance of 8.0°C/W.
