
Bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode offering 500W peak pulse power and 25A peak pulse current. Features a 12V reverse standoff voltage and 13.3V reverse breakdown voltage, with a clamping voltage of 19V. This silicon diode, designed for surface mount applications in an SMB package, operates across a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and has a low leakage current of 5µA. It is RoHS compliant and HALOGEN FREE, suitable for single-element, single-channel protection.
