The SMF4L51A is a transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum operating temperature of 150°C and a minimum operating temperature of -55°C. It has a unidirectional polarity and is made of silicon. The diode is designed to suppress voltage transients and has a maximum reverse voltage of 51V.
