
Bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with a 6V reverse standoff voltage. Features a 7.8V minimum breakdown voltage and 12.2V clamping voltage at 5A peak pulse current. This single-element silicon device offers 3.5pF capacitance and operates from -40°C to 125°C. Designed for surface mount applications in a MO-236 plastic package, it is RoHS compliant and packaged on tape and reel.
