This through-hole component offers a 748V maximum varistor voltage and 50A clamping current, with 90J energy absorption. Operating across a wide temperature range of -55°C to 85°C, it has a 14mm diameter and 8.5mm lead pitch. The RoHS compliant, lead-free varistor is supplied in bulk packaging.
