Constant-current 3-Ampere PWM Dimmable Buck Regulator LED Driver
The IS31LT3954/A is a DC-to-DC switching converter that integrates an N-channel MOSFET as a high-side switch to operate in a buck configuration. It delivers a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 38V and provides a constant output current of up to 3A for driving high power LEDs. The device features cycle-by-cycle controlled on-time method for true average output current operation and fast transient response. It includes spread spectrum frequency dithering to optimize EMI performance and supports PWM dimming via a dedicated logic input.
