The IS32LT3960 is a DC-to-DC buck controller that operates in a fixed-frequency mode. It is designed to drive high-intensity LEDs for automotive applications. The A and B versions denote different fault protection behaviors (latch-off vs. auto-recovery). The device features frequency dithering to improve EMI performance and can drive an external N-channel MOSFET to deliver high output currents.
