Operates within a supply voltage range of 1.2V to 5.5V, with a typical operating supply voltage of 5V and a maximum supply current of 50µA. Reset threshold voltage is precisely set between 2.8V and 2.97V. Packaged in a TO-92-3 through-hole mount, this lead-free and RoHS-compliant component is supplied on tape and reel.
