Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC, monitoring one voltage with an active-low reset output. Features a 4.625V threshold voltage, with undervoltage at 4.5V and overvoltage at 4.75V. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage, drawing a maximum of 50uA. Packaged in a SOT-223-3 surface-mount case, measuring 6.7mm x 3.7mm x 1.8mm. RoHS compliant and lead-free, with a 250ms reset timeout.
