
CMOS power supply management circuit featuring a single channel for monitoring and reset functions. This surface-mount IC, housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, operates within a 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage range and consumes a maximum of 60µA. It provides a fixed reset threshold at 4.4V, with undervoltage detection at 4.25V and overvoltage detection at 4.5V. The output stage is TOTEM-POLE, and the reset signal is active low with a 130ms timeout. Includes a watchdog timer for enhanced system reliability.
