Single-channel supervisory circuit in UMAX package, featuring active-low totem-pole output. Monitors one voltage with a reset threshold between 2.85V and 3V, ideal for power-on reset applications. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 60µA. Includes a watchdog timer and a 130ms reset timeout. RoHS compliant and lead-free, suitable for surface mounting with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
