Operates with a minimum supply voltage of 1.2V and a maximum of 5.5V, drawing a maximum supply current of 40uA. Reset threshold voltage ranges from 4V to 4.24V. Packaged in a TO-236-3 (SOT23-3) case, suitable for surface mounting.
