CMOS power supply support circuit featuring a fixed +4.13V threshold for single-channel voltage monitoring. This TO-92-3 packaged component offers active-high reset with a 100ms timeout and a totem-pole output. Operating with a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V and a typical supply current of 40uA, it functions across a -40°C to 85°C temperature range.
