
CMOS power supply support circuit featuring a fixed +2.55V threshold for single-channel voltage monitoring. This through-hole TO-92-3 package component offers active-low reset functionality with a 100ms timeout. Operating across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports supply voltages from 0V to 5.5V with a low operating supply current of 35µA. Reset threshold voltage is precisely set between 2.47V and 2.64V.
