CMOS power supply management circuit featuring a fixed 1-channel reset function. Monitors a single voltage with an undervoltage threshold of 2.55V and an overvoltage threshold of 2.7V. Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a low supply current of 12uA. Includes a watchdog timer and active-low, totem-pole output. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 surface-mount case, suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
