Single-channel supervisory circuit with active-high, totem-pole output. Features a reset threshold voltage of 4.375V, with overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds at 4.49V and 4.25V respectively. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage with a typical supply current of 50µA. Includes a 250ms reset timeout and is housed in a TO-92-3 through-hole package. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
