Simple Reset/Power-On Reset IC, featuring a fixed +4.63V threshold for monitoring a single voltage rail. This CMOS device offers active-high reset output with a 250ms timeout and a 4.75V overvoltage threshold. Operating from a 1.2V to 5.5V supply, it draws a maximum of 2mA. Packaged in a SOT-223 (TO-261-4) surface-mount configuration, it is supplied in a 75-piece rail/tube.
