Features dual reset threshold voltages at 4.63V and 2.88V, with monitored voltages for 3.3V and 5V systems. Operates from 1.2V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 50µA. Includes manual reset functionality and a maximum reset active time of 500ms. Packaged in a narrow body plastic SOIC N with gull-wing leads, measuring 4.9mm x 3.9mm x 1.37mm.
