Multi-voltage supervisor IC with open-drain reset output. Monitors two voltage levels with reset thresholds at 2.97V and 2.8V, and a general threshold of 5V. Features a reset timeout of 200ms and operates from 1.2V to 5.5V supply voltage. Maximum supply current is 50uA. Surface mountable in a UMAX package, measuring 3.1mm x 3.1mm x 0.95mm. RoHS compliant and lead-free.
